I have found bruises on my leg where I have not bumped it. This has led me to suspect a possible iron deficiency. Has anyone had this problem on raw? Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. I wasn't ignoring your request, just have no experience/input re: the bruises...interesting, though.... and not that up, nor do I use, " target " minerals, etc. so, I don't know exactly what has the most of what..I try to eat a high nutrient food plan (like we describe here), and let my body sort out what it needs to do what... and I do remember seeing a site that could tell us that...looked for it, and didn't find it..sorry... all the best, Bob
Guest guest
In my SAD days I bruised pretty easily, and I was told I should increase my intake of citrus (something to do with Vitamin C and folic acid); I haven't really bruised much since going raw unless I've been bumped pretty hard. How long have you been raw now, Lane? Peace, Valerie Bob Farrell <rjf2 wrote: rawfood , " lane lynn " <lanie@p...> wrote: > I posted here a few days ago and heard no response so I will try again. Guest guest
Ah, it must be those two weeks in March catching up with you! (kidding!) I really have no idea what could be causing it; have any of the links mentioned so far been helpful to you? Peace, VAlerie lane lynn <lanie wrote: I've been raw since September except for two weeks in March.
Guest guest
Haven't found anything yet. On the other hand, no new bruises yet either. So maybe it is nothing. I feel great.
