This has led me to suspect a possible iron deficiency. Has anyone had

this problem on raw? Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. Lane

Hi Lane..

I wasn't ignoring your request, just have no experience/input re: the

bruises...interesting, though....

and not that up, nor do I use, " target " minerals, etc. so, I don't

know exactly what has the most of what..I try to eat a high nutrient

food plan (like we describe here), and let my body sort out what it

needs to do what...

and I do remember seeing a site that could tell us that...looked for

it, and didn't find it..sorry...

all the best,

Bob

In my SAD days I bruised pretty easily, and I was told I should increase my

intake of citrus (something to do with Vitamin C and folic acid); I haven't

really bruised much since going raw unless I've been bumped pretty hard. How

long have you been raw now, Lane?

Peace, Valerie

Ah, it must be those two weeks in March catching up with you! (kidding!)

I really have no idea what could be causing it; have any of the links mentioned

so far been helpful to you?

Haven't found anything yet. On the other hand, no new bruises yet either. So

maybe it is nothing. I feel great. Lane
