Guest guest
Thanks Roger for your information . I found out about the raw food way of eating 3 yrs. ago and slipped at about 6mos. then got back on again two other times. I have put together 2 mos. 100% raw as of today I feel alot stronger about today then other times. I see the pitfalls that can happen . I realize how addictive food really is for me. I live in Scottsdale Az. and would like to email with people about raw food, thanks. Best always, Scott
Guest guest
Graeme: I have met a Natural Hygienist who had symtoms for 10 years before they went away. I have never heard any of the " NAMES " in RF or NH speak of eating meat or egg yolks but I believe Weston Price's book describes smoked meat as raw and the consumption of it by healthy native societies. I have met a number of RF'ers and quasi NH'ers who eat raw meat, dehydrated meat or raw egg yolks for vitamin B-12. One gal I know was vegan for 18 or more years, RF for 5 years of that and then thought she was getting B-12 defiency symtoms. She had reactions to B-12 suppliments so finally she found a source of quality Organically grown chicken eggs and she takes one yolk every 2-3 days. She has only been doing this for less then a year so too early to tell the long term effects. Of course, many " see food " dieters eat raw egg yolks (sunny side up or over easy). The risk of salmonella infection is about 3-5 % per egg yolk according to some sources. Guest guest
I have known a couple of cases of too little, too late, both of them advanced cases of cancer; but in both cases, quality of life was much improved because of changes made, for the time they had left. Peace, VAlerie wMilmoe wrote: Vegigran: I have heard amazing stories of health restoration and benefits from Natural Hygiene or just RF but I have seen some disappointing results too. Three people with advanced cancer did die from the cancer even after following RF to the best of their abilities. Too little too late?
