me that is good. I'm sure many here could write me and tell me it's

not enough, that I should be doing weights etc. But for me, I know

it's good, and going in the right direction. I wouldn't be surprised

if, at a later time I add more things in. Soon my broken arm will be

better enough for me to be out on the tennis court. There are

beautiful courts right out here in Central Park, which I can walk to

from my home here in New York City.

juice and do yoga, they are hopelessly unhealthy.

Ah - so that's where you are NY!

Nice to know where people live actually. There are some real neat

yoga studios in NY too.

Have you been to any raw restaurants? I havent myself.

Thanx for your thoughts above

Hey Kay. I've been to quite a few raw restaurants in NYC. We seem to have a

cornacopia of bounty here. My favourite is Jub's Longevity. I also like Bonobos.

I feel so lucky!!!!! Thanks for the nice feedback too. It makes a big

difference. Happy Raw Day, Lane

I go into NYC once a week and always make a stop at

one of the raw places downtown. I agree Jub's has the

best food -- esp. those onion rings. I also like

Bonobo's and Quintessence.

Hey Swing, that's cool. Where are you located? If you ever come in on Monday

evenings we have a raw food meeting at Quintessence. And yeah the cheddar cheese

at Jub's is amazing. Cheers, Lane

Would love to attend, but my class is on Monday

evenings in Brooklyn from 6-10 pm. Maybe in the fall

though, if you all are still meeting.

Thanks,

swing
