Maybe I need to pick up some books on this and let it sink in. But, unlike the fact that theideas of rawfood/health connection just made sense to me...this made NO sense to me xoxo, denise

If one uses a herb or other " natural " plant or synthetic to treat a condition, then one is suggesting there is some kind of problem in the body that NEEDS " fixing " . If this problem needs " fixing " then we are suggesting that there IS a problem to fix and therefore confirming Dis-ease. We are God/Spirit manifesting as form. There is no imperfection except that which we make in our misperception of perfect wholeness. Healing takes place by realizing that we are not IN the world but that the world is in US. - Look in the mirror and see your reflection. You cannot change your hairstyle by touching the reflection. You can only change your hairstyle by touching your real hair - then watching the reflection appear. As long as one continues to use allopathic methods (i.e applying " treatments " to rid the body of symptoms) then one is continuing the cycle of Dis-ease. We are then confirming that there are problems to fix, requiring substances for application to these conditions. Healing takes place by realising the Divine essence of Creation as perfect and whole. Donot apply any herb/plant or substance to " assist " the body in healing itself. However certain herbs, plants and substances may well APPEAR to assist the body if a strong BELIEF of such is held. This is what happens in the event of Placebo. Whatever one gives power to - that " thing " (energy) will become a power unto them. People can heal themselves of cancer over-night because they remove the belief of Dis-ease from their consciousness. In any event, when the body is left alone to complete healing in it's own way; The " laws " of the nature ( " God " ) will come into force thus re-alining the body into the complete perfection of oneness. Quite literally " Anything is possible with God " However; " God " (and remember we are the manifested form of..)cannot experience " itself " without the absence of. And so we will often put ourselves in " darkness " so as to experience light. This is the whole point of each individual's life - The point that one makes. If a person wishes to create a 'point' out of herbalism or homeopathy (for example) then the passion of this topic is their point - Therefore having every meaning for its existance to that person and individuals interested in it. Let us be conscious in making our own point, based on that which we wish to experience. If one wishes to use herbalism as a way of experience - so be it. Just be aware of whatever one is chosing to create at any given time on ones journey through life.. xx
Guest guest
Very well put... and I must say I am proof of the journey... I have always been one to believe in the herbal way and a more natural way of doing things.. even though i've defeated my purpose in how I ate everyday.. This is due to lack of my knowledge in what affects what.. the more I learn the more I evolve, I believe. My higher power has always been God but I never read the bible til recently. Never knew what was said about our food etc..this gave me great insite to nature and foods.. I had done some reading on the " benefits of herbs " years ago and found they were very helpful. but I something was missing..for me. In my quest to know the best and most positive truth of how to lose weight, I have come across many things.. Some were sounding good. some DIDsome good... but my body felt really bad while following the ways... (fad diets) then there were always reprocussions... as with anything..I now do not worry about weight and concentrate on my foods to keep me healthy and clean from the inside out.. and if everyone is correct.. I will eventually lose.. Now, since my journey has led me to raw foodism... I find I believe in the hygenic way the most.. and do believe that alot can be accomplished with mind over matter. Just getting the mind to cooperate has been my problem.. I wish I could quote and remember where I found things so as to guide others.. but my brain doesn't do that yet.. but I do remember reading somewhere that the mind will dwell on the negative unless we give the positive for it to consider. Constantly..This negativity will cause all kinds of problems in our thinking, health, actions.. to Denise.. I suggest..not that I am anyone to listen to... but anyway... that you continue on your journey and follow this path that you have come across. Continue to feed your body and get that balance... also while doing so.. ask your higher power to guide your mind to more positive thoughts.. more healing thoughts... My dad read a book years ago about the " power of positive thinking. " I do not think I have read it.. but have found my life better for thinkin on a more positive side.which if you knew me well you would know that has been hard for me through my life/.... .. I do not have a serious health problem and pray i never will... I hope I am on a path now that will lead me to fantastic health.I have read a book called..Psyco-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz... I was having very depressing thoughts and I was trying to figure out why I keep sabbotaging myself when I diet... I do believe it has helped some.. tho I need to work more.. hey I am 49 (almost) and it took me 49 years to get this way it's gonna take some time to get around this mountain...diet people say to form a picture or have a picture of how you want to look.. i never could understand or didn't believe this would work for me.. reading this book sure helped me understand the reasoning behind it.. now to do it... heavy sigh.. easier said then done.. the mind is a hard nut to crack.. well, anyway... what I am trying to say in this long winded writing is to just follow your path and the journey will take you places you never imagined... just keep up the journey.. you and I have just begun this one, on this path.. who knows....?? we just might have found the right one this time... I am right there with you... and all others learning... I am here for support if you need it... sad tho that it takes so long and one has to fight through the thorns to get to the right path.. but then would we appreicate it if we didn't have to fight for it... debbie korangeli <korangeli wrote: Kay here, <<<<<<<<snip>>>>>>>>>>>>>> We are God/Spirit manifesting as form.
