Guest guest
Hey all: The most common plaque is cholesterol deposits in the arteries. These deposits were visible in 18 year olds in the 1960's but now the plaque is visible in 2 and 3 year olds According to the long-term study " The Framingham Study " anyone who can get their total cholesterol below 150 and keep it there for 5 years is heart attack and stroke free! I believe that many of the liver and kidney failures today are do to strokes to those organs. Teeth plaque and mucousal intestinal plaque (if it exists) are different. Some RF'ers have told me they did parasite cleanses. What are people's experience with that? Pain relief - After work last night about 10 p.m. my left eye got watery and my right ear had a sharp pain. Possibly a tooth ache on the upper right. It was a tough night I would have taken some aspirin if I had them. I slept sitting up. Any suggestions? Love your parallels between the functions of our bodies and other systems in nature. Thank you, also, for your attempts to debunk the mucoid plaque myth. I had the chance to examine some cadavers last Fall and even though all of them had been SAD-eating, elderly people who died of degenerative disease, none had any signs of this menace that is purported to reside in all of our bodies. It's a great marketing tool, but doesn't seem to exist in reality. Nora

Any suggestions? _____ Hi Bill, Snipped this from your larger post, sounds like you are experiencing some significant discomfort. (I know, that word probably doesn't begin to describe what you are actually experiencing.) Have you ever experienced any jaw problems, or had any oral surgery in that general region? Are you aware of clenching or grinding your teeth, awake or asleep? (For example, has any dentist ever commented on a wear pattern in your teeth and associated that pattern with grinding? Taking another path into the conversation, have you experienced recently any significant stress-causing shifts -- anything with family, money, work, internal spiritual challenges, challenges to your integrity, sense of self-abandonment around anything...? Or, have you experienced any memories like that coming to the surface? Have you noticed any changes in your vision/eyesight, blurring for example (even momentary), or any pain or sense of " pressure " around your eyes? Have you been involved recently in any minor physical traumas, may not even seem such on the surface? For example, have you been involved in a minor traffic accident, where your body was jarred but you appeared " fine " ? Okay, enough questions from me for the moment. John Fielder, a participant in this group, may have valuable insights to share on this one...John? Elchanan -- ------------------------ [ SECURITY NOTICE ] ------------------------ rawfood . What are people's experience with that? _____ In my experience, parasites cleanse themselves, just as we do. :) I imagine you see what I mean... On a more serious note, any parasites in the body are merely responding to an invitation we created in the body. By removing the cause, whatever that may be, we also remove the attraction, and the parasites move to a different neighborhood. OTOH, the parasites are numerous and multiply, any attempt to go to war with them is futile and far more likely to exhaust your system than theirs. Play Stratego or RISK instead, that's my suggestion, if you want to experience " benign warfare. " Elchanan -- ------------------------ [ SECURITY NOTICE ] ------------------------ rawfood . Guest guest
Hi Bill... thanks for the post...I saw Elchanan offered thoughts on all the pain/discomfort...good luck with that! > > According to the long-term study " The Framingham Study " anyone who can get > their total cholesterol below 150 and keep it there for 5 years is heart attack > and stroke free! I believe that many of the liver and kidney failures today > are do to strokes to those organs. interesting; I'd seen the same quote recently, and wasn't aware that the source was the Framinham Study - thanks for that " info link " - I've gotten my total cholesterol to be coming down, as follows: 7/03: 158 9/03: 147 11/03: 160 11/04: 117 5/05: 122 And, for me, an important point, is that much of the medical community *STILL* states that a maximum TC of 200 is safe....note that this is 50 pts., or 33% higher than what the Framingham study is showing! most interesting to me... I credit the drop from the 11/03 to the 11/04 reading to a further serious " weight-recycling " of 17 pounds and then an additional 24 pounds recycled to 5/05. nice to know about the 5 year benchmark; I'd say I've got in the neighborhood of 3.5 years to go... I give almost equal credit to the complete absence of animal stuff in my body since 10/04. not that long really...just over 6 months, and my TC and BP (~94/56), with a daytime resting pulse of 58, all now appear to be in much better ranges. > > Some RF'ers have told me they did parasite cleanses. What are people's > experience with that? I have experience with it, but not since going raw. I've done the Hulda Clarke, walnut tinctures, electronic " zapping " , etc. Also done the " metaline " for toxic metal removal. I'd say with mixed results....and, my current perspective is that it doesn't fit in with my current understanding of Natural Hygeiene principles/Laws. That could change as I learn more/grow more, and it's not looking likely. thanks again, Bill and I hope your current discomfort is short-lived! all the best, Bob
