Where can I find this " food combining chart " to use as reference? Thanks. ~Alice

I am a newbie to the lifestyle and this group. I have tentatively started drinking smoothies for a week and have found that it has helped my endurance in my running. I have surpassed my 60 mins mark hitting 90 mins for the first time ever. On the flip side of the coin though, I have found that my skin has become somewhat dry and very prone to rashes. I am wondering if this is normal or is something missing from my diet nowadays? Well, it maybe due to the fact that I do not know what I am doing right or wrong. In addition, is there a database of smoothies that the group members have on hand as a reference for newbies? Thanks for any advice. Keep well, Alice
