I also survived the European-trained chefs attempting raw foods. If anyone is interested, I added more photos to my site, including shots of some of the raw foods onboard ship. I didn't think the group would want their pictures on the web, but I may give a slide show. I'll just need to find a venue and a projection unit to hook up to my MacBook Pro.
