Guest guest
" He himself isn't 100% but you can tell it's his passion. " Hi Maggie, Were you referring to Frederic Patenaude above? I haven't stayed up on his activities but I thought he was all raw. Did you read otherwise somewhere? Regards, Nora
Guest guest
No, I didn't read. It's what he said on was of the calls I was on. He was talking about how to use raw foods as a tool if not all the way. But I do know he's got it posted under one of his faq's that you don't have to go 100% to still enjoy raw food benefits. Guest guest
Thanks, Maggie. I don't think you can infer that he is not all raw from that, tho', unless he said something specific about his own diet. Best wishes, Nora
Guest guest
I'm sure he's much more raw than most people and a 100% as healthy than some raw people. It's just what I heard him say himself on the call a couple weeks ago. But he didn't go in specifically to what his own personal rules were for calling it that. I just got the sense that sometimes he is and sometimes he isn't 100%. I think he was talking about lifestyle - lifestyle being always raw all food every day versus periodically on cleanses, detoxes, diets or 50% on up. He was talking about how you can use it as a tool to detox for awhile or feel more alive, or cleanse for periods of a time. I took notes on it. When I find them I'm happy to post. I think in terms of sorting out this question we'd have to ask personally what his definitions are and what he's doing now. I of course can't say. And I wouldn't want to infer anything. Guest guest
Interesting. I wasn't aware that he had added some cooked foods back in. Thanks again, Maggie. Best wishes, Nora
