Guest guest
Hello! Anyone know of a " high " quality spring water source in the greater Seattle area or on the Eastside? I am willing to drive to get the best source water possible. Thanks for any information.
Guest guest
The water that I get from a stream near Exit 38 off I-90 is the best available anywhere, imo, because it's untouched by human activity, purified by nature and, best of all -- FREE. Snow may be a problem right now but that should be over soon. Exit 38 is only 4 miles east of North Bend, and that part of I-90 isn't usually snowy. Let me know if you want more specific info. Guest guest
Hi Nora! I would very much like to have more specific info about where to find this stream. Do you have to hike far to get to the location? Water is heavy to lug around so if the stream is a hike to get to, how do you get the water back to your car? By the way, do you magnetize or spin your water? Thanks for the info! Peace on earth. Cheryl
Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, Take I-90 to exit 38, turn right off the ramp and follow the road as it curves to the left. You'll see a parking area on the left about 1/2 mile up, with a little bridge where the stream flows under the road. I park near the road in the parking area and collect the water from west bank of the stream, on the south side of the road. I don't do anything to the water. It is perfect as it is. I've been drinking it exclusively for about 6 years now. Enjoy! Nora --------------------------- I would very much like to have more specific info about where to find this stream. Guest guest
Hi Nora ~ Have you had this water tested for quality? How do you know it's good stuff? Thanks ~ Kara Dugaw
Guest guest
I was told a number of years ago as I was hiking the Hoh river in the rain forest, not to drink the water from the river as the local critters do their doo doo in it and I could get sick. That was the last time I had that notion. Being from the city (NYC) I thought that water to be pristine. What did I know. Now I have water purification tablets in my 'emergency bag' when all else fails. I guess you can also boil it. A word to the wise. -- Mike Anthony 360-878-9912 Phone www.YourKeyLink.com
Guest guest
Thank you Nora! I will try the water next time when I go hiking there. I usually fill my bottles from remote streams when I go hiking. But I haven't tried this one. Thank you for the valued information!
