Farmers market on saturday in the u- district has at least one vendor. Its

super yummy. For dessert I like to mix it with cashew & coconut butters & bee

pollen. Heavenly!

Hi all,

Does anyone have a good source for bulk raw unheated honey, either locally or

perhaps online? Thank you so much.

Hi Jenny,

I buy my honey from Snoqualmie Valley Honey Farm. You can pick it up at the

Pike Place Market or buy online at www.honeyexpress.com. The label says

" Totally Raw Honey, Never Heated. " I did send an email once asking how the

honey was extracted and they never answered. But the honey is thick and chuncky

and delicious!

Hi Jenny,

They have it at the Madison Market on about 14th E & E Madison, but you

might call for specific info. I know they call it raw honey, and they

have it right next to non-raw honey, but I also believe the " raw " one

is slightly heated.
