Guest guest
Sharon, The recipes I'll be using are from my book. I sell it through my web site, thenaughtyvegan.com (or vicecream.com). It is also available through book stores. I share some tips in my book. Other tips in the class will be from experience. Thanks, Jeff On Jun 15, 2008, at 5:17 AM, sharon wrote: > Is this information available to those of us who have other > appointments. thanks > Sharon

Guest guest
Hi Jeff, Sounds fun! Would most of your recipes be considered low fat or not? Lots of nuts/coconut? Would they be able to be done in a Vitamix or is another machine recommended/necessary? Thanks, Laurie
Guest guest
With the exception of a couple sorbet-type recipes, most have plenty of fat. The richness rivals premium ice creams. I use cashew milk/ cream primarily, also almond milk and coconut milk (also hazelnut). A good blender and an ice cream maker will do for most of the recipes. One can do without the ice cream maker, but the texture will likely not be the same. I also use a food processor for some of the recipes as well as juicers. Guest guest
I bought Jeff's book years ago and I can attest to the deliciousness of the recipes I tried. The vanilla with cashew cream is my favorite. I bought the Cuisenart ice cream maker for about $40 and it works swell with these recipes.
