Guest guest
Hi Giavonne! Elchanan had just posted this yesterday, and yes: avoid SOY. If you're interested in health and would like to learn, in great detail, why soy is not food for humans, visit <http://www.wholesoystory.com/> http://www.wholesoystory.com/. This is Kaayla Daniels' web site. She wrote her doctoral dissertation on this topic and has since published her work in an excellent book bearing the same name as her Web site. Much free info on the site, if you don't wish to read the whole book. The estrogen warning is serious, but just the tiny tip of a very large iceberg. The theory is that fibroids increase in size when women consume foods that produce/stimulate estrogen (and the other culprit being xenoestrogens from chemicals in our everyday lives: shampoo, skincare etc...). Reduce the estrogens (xeno and natural) and shrink the fibroid.... Is anyone aware of curing fibroids through going Raw and/or information on foods to avoid or seek out (progesterone enhancing?). I've heard that flax seeds/oil is a key ingredient. Thanks for your input and experience (in advance!).
Guest guest
Hi Rob, Yes, I learned about the whole soy thing awhile back. It's amazing how many people in America use soy in so many ways/products! Estrogen stimulants are in so many things...the biggest surprise for me is olive oil, licorice, fennel and Tea Tree. There was that big alert in the news for health conscious people using Tea Tree as a topical for their kids (especially boys who were growing breatst from hidden estrogen stimulants...along with soy chips as snacks etc....). Anyway, the thing for me is that as I'm doing the Raw thing, I'm finding that some of the foods I've been eating/juicing are actually doing the opposite of what I want. Thus, I'm rethinking my meal planning and what to put in my blender etc...and hoping to hook up with as much advice as possible on the topic. Thanks for you alert on Soy! Guest guest
Sandra Ellis, MH and midwife, healed herself of SEVERE fibroids with raw food, wheat grass juice (2 ounces 2xs per day) plus douching with the juice of a flat of wheat grass with hips elevated 18 inches and massaging the uterus for at least 15-20 minutes every day for 2 weeks. She gives a much better explanation in her book Dr. Mom's Healthy Living. Marisa
