" namaste mary et al....having just returned from the MT.....and a nice hike from White River up toward Glacier Basin this afternoon.....traveling with Shirley (my 94 yr old mom in law) who has kept her self in shape by kundalini yoga, running, hiking, gardening & eating some cooked food (meat the size of a dime...her quote)...we are always pleasantly surprised by her stamina and " agility " ..........I know that when Shirley said that she wanted to see the mountain one more time this morning......we headed off and were glad we did....conditions were optimum.......except that the trail still suffers from the big storm of 2006......I am looking forward to a healthy happy rest of my revolutions around the sun........blessings stanley / premanandakumar Suzanne, You might want to check out information about colon cleanses from sources not " selling " or profiting from the products. " First of all, I would question the validity of this statement and would like to know its source. Secondly, there is always the issue of quality of life .... there's the old adage that statistics " lie " and you can back up almost anything with a statistic (or bible quote) if you look hard enough.
