Hey all you raw food hikinh enthusiasts !

This looks as though it could be the last of the dry warm sunny days around here

for a while

I am organizing a hike tomorrow (Wednesday) and Friday ....if the weather holds

out then on the weekend too.

Little Si, Cougar Mountain and one up higher possibly.

Please email me back channel if you are interested.

Catherine,

On Saturday consider using that hiking energy to come to my raw picnic

potluck at Discovery Park. You can hike around the park if you like.

We also can play tennis, basketball, frisbee, ultimate frisbee,

kickball, and soccer, etc. We'll also have some great raw food!

Hiking info:

We will be meeting Friday at PCC in Issaquah at the juice bar at 2:15 pm. We

will leave promptly at 2:30.

Little Si is about 4 miles round trip. I went on it a month ago and thought it

was beautiful, a fun little hike. On the way up you can view the rock climbers

if they are out. The view from the top is great, there is a huge rock to sit

on with chipmonks circling , looking for raw nuts:)

*What to bring;,

warm clothes (windbreaker, pants)

flashlight or headlamp (in case)

water

food

Please RSVP so I have a head count.

Thanks

Catherine
