Located in great neighborhood on 35th Ave NE, near NE 55th St. Minutes away from UW, U-Village, Metropolitan Market, Viewridge PCC, Burke Gilman trail. On the bus line. Environmentally sensitive/eco-friendly/non-toxic products only in house. 2 rooms available Dec 15. 1 very large basement room, carpeted, $520/mo. 1 main floor room, carpeted, large closet $480/mo.
