Guest guest
Jim, You're missing a point here. to say that juicing fixed anything at all is false. To say that you (or someone else) improved your dietary significantly and happened to choose to juice what you were eating did lead you toward improved health and well-being. What you STOPPED eating made more difference, particularly in the beginning, than anything you ate. And had you eaten an even better dietary, you'd have experienced even more improvement. Regarding the barley product, if you really seek optimal health, then at some point you'll wish to consider letting go of that. It's not food for our species, you are healthier than you once were because you do not abuse yourself as you once did. The barley product takes from, it does not add to, your health. But not to a degree similar to what you once ate, and that is the difference, that is the point. The reason I am SO sure of juicing is that I have seen the difference it has made in my health and that of others! I don't sell anything (for profit), I share info! Many garage sales have the old juiceman juicers which I buy to give away for $5. There is a lot of debate that says that twin-gear is better than centrifigal(?). Twin-gear is said to be better. IF drank right away I have seen no difference between the two. Maybe twin-gear produces more juice, requires less produce, juice can last longer etc. but even a $5 juicer is effective. What a shame you wasted SO much $! Doesn't matter how good/expensive the juicer is if not used! All the fiber left over from juicing does NOT have to be thrown away! It can be used for soups, muffins, etc. Yes, there is a reason for all that fiber and even with juicing some fiber is still present. IF one had read what I said, " juicing & blending/eating whole food is essential for optimal health! " I have tried to do just juicing without blending/ eating much whole food and have tried no juicing while only blending/eating whole food. BOTH are needed for optimal health! I wish juicing wasn't, I wouldn't bother with the hassle! Maybe you don't want optimal (NOT good) health, but I do! I have found that juicing is needed for optimal health along with following Yahweh's health basics! That eating/blending whole foods is not enough! I have found that regardless of what type juice I consume that I still need to consume Barley Max. https://shopping.hacres.com/item/itemKey/2 It is truly a UNIQUE product! The only green/superfood I have found that is juiced (not blended). No, I am not a HA Health Minister. Hope you start juicing again and I look forward to meeting you! Guest guest
Stopping eating unhealthy things is only part of the process. The healthier for you the things you consume are, the healthier you will be! Just simple logic! For over 4 years I made dramatic healthy lifestyle improvements and went without juicing. Simply eating/blending whole organic foods. Then I saw what a difference juicing makes! Not only me , but people could see it in me as well! If eating/blending whole organic food alone was enough then it would have made a difference. When I started juicing I felt & saw (as did MANY others) a difference! Juice fasting has been shown to be more effective that water fasting. Which only makes sense because your body has more of the nutrients it needs to cleanse. BarleyMax certainly adds to my health! BIG time! I can tell! Other people can tell it adds to theirs as well! We both agree that cleansing is critical and that a toxic body is what makes one sick and prevents healing. Counting anything is useless! Calories, fats, carbs, sugars, etc. I can elaborate MUCH more on the topic of weight but am trying to focus on juicing here. Juicing is the fastest way way to improve health and I wish I had juiced MANY years earlier! The ways humans can positively alter food: (In order) 1. Juicing 2. Sprouting 3. Fermenting/culturing 4. Blending Those are really the only major ways humans can positively alter food. Every other alteration is negative! , Please let me know if anybody thinks of another way. Thanks!
