Agave (Was: Almonds raw vs. pasteurized)

I'm curious on people's opinion of this:

If I understand that right, they claim their agave is truly raw and

pure. I've heard arguments that since there is no regulation on the

word raw, that you can't be sure about raw agave. However, given that

web page, someone could sue them for false advertising/fraud if

they're lying, so they're at least willing to stick their neck out.
