Kipper Lance goes vegan, and has never felt better

Raw. Vegan. Uncooked.

 

These are dirty words to people who savor their sirloin and can't

imagine life without fish or chicken.

 

But when you vow not to eat anything with a mother, that severely

limits your food options. It also opens up a healthy world where your

energy level soars and your body weight plummets.

 

That's the viewpoint of people like Kipper Lance, director of

marketing and public relations for the Norton Museum, and a passionate

advocate of the " raw " lifestyle.
