Carmella is very generous with her recipes, is a creative genius both with sweet and savory dishes and is coming to the area in April. So far we have a class planned in the Snoqualmie Valley on Sunday the 18th. Several ppl have already registered for it and we may be able to accommodate an extra one or two so let me know if that's something that might interest you. We'd also like to hold a class in the city on Thursday the 15th or Friday the 16th in the evening but haven't been able to find a venue yet. All we'd need is a table with a few chairs, really. Drop me a line if you'd be interested in either hosting the event or participating. Looking forward to meeting some of you in the flesh!
