Guest guest Posted March 15, 2003 Report Share Posted March 15, 2003 Just to say that Ringo my little guinea fought as hard as he could after being sick the past week. But while I was gone grocery shopping this morning, Ringo died sometime during that period I was gone. I'd told him this morning it was okay for him to go if he wanted to because I saw how labored his breathing was getting, despite how he was trying to hang on (he'd even fought me last night to keep me from shoving a syringe in his mouth to feed him *grin*). I was considering taking him to the vet tomorrow or monday, but God took that decision out of my hands. And in some ways, I'm glad he did. It's not an easy decision to make.
