Yes, yes, I like what I hear. I like that conversion method with hot

peppers as well.

 

Sort of on that note, we should all remember to update our dried spices and

herbs. I know mine need to be replaced. I think they need to be replaced

around a year or so (anyone know for sure). They apparently lose a lot of

potency, so either replace them or add more spice or herb than suggested.
