Here is the ingredients listed on my jar: Ingredients: salt, sesame seeds, grated parmesan cheese, grated romano cheese, poppy seeds, spices, granulated garlic, msg, paprika, granulated onion. Very good aside from that msg. Comes in a small salt shaker type spice jar. Kind of reddish brown in color. I love to sprinkle a bit on salads, on toasted sandwiches, popcorn, garlic bread, over sliced tomatoes, baked potatoes.... you might even like it on cottage cheese or in an egg salad sandwich... Oh yeah, I always add a dash to my cole slaw and potato salad. ike I mentioned, it is a tad pricey and I would rather avoid the msg. I think I am going to try and come up with my own version of it made minus the msg; just have to play around with it to figure out what spices they mean.
