Guest guest Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 Tomato Rosemary Focaccia 1 tube (10 oz) refrigerator pizza crust 2 Tbs olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed and divided 2 to 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 small red onion, thinly sliced Unroll pizza crust onto a greased baking sheet. Combine oil, garlic, salt and half of the rosemary; spread over crust. Top with the tomatoes and onion; sprinkle with remaining rosemary. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cut into rectangles. There is another one similar to this in the breads folder of our files. Only difference is the herbal mix and that it calls for using a thawed piece of bread dough that you can but in bags premade in the grocery store. I love those frozen loaves and always keep some in my freezer. You can make so many different things out of them. One of my most requested recipes here are " garlic knots " . I will have to try and type up the recipe to share here.
