Does anyone know of any Culinary Schools (pref. east coast) that

don't make you take classes in meat/chicken? I want to take classes

but can't bear the thought of dealing with beef.

Thanks!

I did a few searches and didn't find anything

that was not all-inclusive, but I would suggest you

might just send letters of inquiry to the culinary schools

you like and see if they might accomodate you.

Have you tried that before and found them unyielding?
