Guest guest
There are quite a few of other beliefs here, too. However, they may not be the more vocal members. We have many xtains (SDA_ sevent day adventist) and some rastafarians, buddhist, hindu... you name it and there is probably someone here to represent that belief. One of the cool things about vegetarianism is that there are many people of all different paths who feel that the leaving off of eating animals fits well within their spiritual bent. I find it fits perfectly with mine. ~ PT ~ ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~~~~~~> , " Laura Moore " < child_of_the_80s@h...> wrote: > Anyway, sorry this is off topic, we've had far too much religious talk so > i'll shut up now > > Laura
Guest guest
Great post... i want to share what i found the other day... henotheism \HEH-nuh-thee-ih-zum ( " th " as in " think " )\ noun : the worship of one god without denying the existence of other gods I am sure i am not the only one to fall into this category. I am not a *converter* vegetarian, i like the openness and non-judging vibe from this life style. To each his own, and lets eat! peace nikki - ~ P_T ~ Sunday, April 27, 2003 9:52 AM many religions embrace vegetarianism (OT) There are quite a few of other beliefs here, too. Guest guest
I find that men and women of " spiritual good will " would much rather practice their faith than their dogma. For them, being vegetarian is not just talk, it's " reverence for life " put into action.
