I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds so good and nutritious that I thought I'd share it! ---------------------------- Sesame Tofu with Sauteed Kale ---------------------------- 3 tablespoons rice wine 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sesame oil Whisk above ingredients, set aside. 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 pound kale 1 pound firm or extra firm tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 teaspoon canola oil 2 tablespoons chopped scallions Saute garlic and kale in sesame oil until kale is wilted. Remove from skillet, set aside and keep warm. Whisk honey and soy sauce - brush onto tofu cubes. Roll tofu cubes in sesame seeds. Heat canola oil, fry tofu cubes until browned, around 2 minutes on each side. Arrange kale on dish, serve tofu over kale, sprinkle tofu with scallions, drizzle with sauce.
