Guest guest
Hi All! Greetings from Austin, Texas...home of the Texas Beef Council and many other equally disturbing groups (to one who has been a vegetarian for about 18 years). Presently, I'm ovo-lacto, but having splendored in the veganland grass for six or so of those years, I am " Working My Way Back To You, Babe " ... (translation: I find that in times of stress and relationships with those who are non-veggies, I slip into an altered state and go from vegan to ovo- lacto.) I am living vicariously through all of the recipes you wonderful culinary enchantresses (btw: what does one call a male enchantress?) have posted online. Although I'm not much of a cook, I love to read the ingredients and imagine what it would be like actually to prepare such delightful treats. I revel in conversation, communication and community and look forward to learning much from each of you!! Pam in Texas (
