Yogurt

Hey everyone...I thought some of you might be interested in this mix for

" animal and dairy free " yogurt that I saw from a link given by Lee-Gwen. It

also can be used to make milk and dessert toppings. It might be kinda

pricey depending on your budget but may be well worth it for you yogurt

lovers or those that don't live near any health food stores. Here is the

A totally new dry mix that is LOW-FAT, ANIMAL FREE, DAIRY FREE product with

bioactive yogurt cultures, antioxidants, and no refined sugars that gives

you 15% of your daily calcium needs, vitamins and soy! If you love yogurt,

this is for you, believe me. All you do is add 1/2 cup of water to every

heaping scoop of Yogurt (Not!)™ and get 27mg of isoflavones with each

serving. To make milk add 2 T to 10oz. water. It's delicious and has your

Tricalcium Phosphate (non-caking agent). Per serving: 140 calories, less

than 1g fat, no cholesterol, 1mg sodium, 3g protein, 140mg cacium, 32g

carbohydrates and 2g fiber.
