Guest guest
Non-vegetarian -reated material post. I really like this quote that Heather in Ontario ( ) tags at the end of her emails. Pirsig? Did he write Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance? I liked that book -- one of the first travel books I read that made me want to travel. > " When you live in the shadow of insanity, the appearance of another mind that thinks and acts as yours does is something close to a blessed event. Guest guest
Very interesting observation, Jay. I read this book too and did not experience it as a travel book but as one of personal exploration. It certainly did make me want to travel, yet the physical destination was not so important as the inner mileposts were. Dave Jay [docrivs] Wednesday, June 11, 2003 11:03 AM Re: R.
