We have hardly no mexican restaurants over here, which is a shame coz i love mexican food. You'd be lucky to get a fajita in most towns. The places that do mexican are usually american themed restaurants, which unfortunately over here means huge chunks of steak and giant burgers, with the occasional giant shrimp staring up at you! Guest guest
Hi Laura. I made some fantastic vegetarian enchiladas and refried beans. They really turned out awesome. I'll be posting the recipes in the next few days just in case you are getting Mexican food withdrawals. Ooh that would be great Shawn. I'm a bit late in reading this so if you have already posted any recipes THANK YOU! Personally, I am currently suffering from Indian food withdrawals at the moment. Ah, i can sympathise. I recently found some good sauces which i can have in my local supermarket. They were exotic curry flavours. Yay!
