Guest guest
not to mention cayenne (or any good hot spicy pepper) is great for clearing out the sinuses. Guest guest
Hi, I haven't checked out the validity of all of these but there are lots of benefits from peppers listed on this web page: <http://www.chefrons.com/peppers.htm> I have serranos, jalapenos, cayennes, thai and habaneros growing in our garden. Still a bit early to actually see any peppers yet but the plants seem to be doing well. I plant them every year. Guest guest
When I feel down or feel like a cold is coming on, I take cayenne capsules to help heat up my body to fight the infection. They do seem to give my body a boost. The brand I use is called Cool Cayenne by Solaray. They are cool on the stomach but after a day or so... um... on their way out they burn like a mofo! *lol* ~ PT ~ A man's style in any art should be like his dress--it should attract as little attention as possible. ~ Samuel Butler, writer (1835-1902) ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~~~~~~~~~~> , " Sheryl " <ssarndt> wrote: > , " Sheryl " <ssarndt> > wrote: > > I have an extremely slow > > > metabolism (medically diagnosed). > > > > > > I've heard that cayenne pepper..... > > It's the capsaicin in the cayenne that raises body temperature.
