I just looked up Spaghetti Squash and found what appears to be a good site at www.fabulousfoods.com Says that it tells how to cook it...maybe there are some additional pointers there..?! You know, after all of the various postings on spaghetti squash, I am just now remembering that the very first time I had it, it was delicious.....and....when I bought the squash and tried to cook/bake/make it myself....it was awful! I kept trying for a few times, but it just never duplicated the wonderful flavor of the first time I had it....and subsequently I never tried it again! Please let me (all of us here!) know how you do make out with it on your next try! Don't know what it is about that spaghetti squash! So , I had thought if I tried to make it this time, like speghetti. Another thing I have difficulties with, is , cutting it in half. There must be an easier way to cut it. Even though I eat it, I don't have it often because I have such difficulties with it. (not because I dislike the taste) Hope your day is going well.
