We lived the same experience when we started a change in our meal’s habits because change became from inside of our mind heart and feeling and to be vegetarian, every kind of vegetarian style, means we are doing right. When we are ready for a change or a new stage in our evolution, God will guide us in the right direction, just remember that Love is the key. I would like to give you a tip for dairy, and you don’t have to read the labels just buy kosher products. All kosher products are verified for a Jewish Rabbi and we are pretty sure they don’t have any kind of animal derivate on. We use all kosher products.
