Guest guest
Hello all My name is Caritia, my husband and I are both vegetarian. Husband Andi was brought up on a farm in the Uk and that put him off eating meat for life - he has not eaten meat for many years (18 approx). I have been veggie on and off since I was 17 and then long term for the last 5 years. I am an ex chef ( I use to work in the Hotel & Catering Management industry ) and I have always and still do enjoy cooking. I will cook anything but I only eat veggie. We live in London and love it here. I have a very keen interest in other cultures and I am on a hunt to find vegetarian food from china, japan, thailand, and greece, so I am glad I have found a group to join and hope that it is diverse and interesting. If you want to know more about me please feel free to look at my profile. I would class myself as uncovential so if you are easily shock or offended don't look at it. I look forward to all the food related news and making some good friends take care Caritia (aka Sway)
Guest guest
Woooohooooo!...a Chef! Welcome aboard Caritia and hubby! Nice to have you here. I'm glad you are enjoying London and having a good time. I too look for veggie delights from a variety of cultures. I am interested in anything other than American food (perhaps except Tex-Mex but prefer Mexican instead). I've gotten some great ideas from this group (I need a new one, you know who you are and have been turned on to new things. Have a good one. Guest guest
Hi This is true that anger is a choice. But it is a choice. I believe that we can not to choose anger. As you said we can choose wisely instead of being angry. We can not make correct decision when we are angry.
