Guest guest
Sometimes it would help me feel better about myself as well but it dosen't work that way. My parents have told me that they'd rather see me smoke than be suicidal or anything like that. Guest guest
I respect your oppinion and I can see why it would be a slow form of suicide. But alot of people don't see that. If all smokers were suicidal then half of the world would need therapy. If all smokers were suicidal then half of the world would need therapy. It's a fact (and drug treatment programs will teach you this) that drugs (including smoking cigarettes) will kill you. If you choose to continue to indulge and understand this fact, then you are accepting the slow death it will provide to you. In other words, you are committing a slow form of suicide. It does not sound like this on the surface, but when you delve deep enough into it, you will see this.

Guest guest
I know. I do other things that would be considered a slow suicide too like I can't eat much because I'm sick and I've had eating disorders for years but I can't control them. They have taken over my mind and I don't have any money to get real therapy anymore. I use to be on my parents insurance and I was getting therapy. I recovered for a while and then fell back into it.
