Welcome to the group Luna! Good to have you here. I'm sure you'll enjoy trying

out the delicious recipes in the files and joining us for friendly discussion!

We're a chatty bunch!

Speaking of which, do you think we could end the smoking discussion. Everyone

seems to have said there piece, and then some, and while i agree with all of you

(i don't smoke myself and never could) i think its time we gave Jessika a break

from this topic. I know people feel strongly buy i believe that Jessika is not

ready to quit and needs to make that decision on her own. No amount of

persuasion will help!

I don't mean that in a harsh way, i know we do it coz we care but its gone on

for too long now!

Sorry guys, thats just my opinion.

....and back to vegetarianism. Still v excited at prospect of a meat free home!

Just thinking about how to tell friends when they come round!

Any suggestions? How about a sign...

" please leave your coats, shoes and meat by the door! " ;-)

As for the difference between vegetarian and vegan, i think PT explained it very

well! I consider myself a vegetarian and a vegan and enjoy belonging to both

groups. There are lots of sites out there with more info if you're interested.

Such as www.americanvegan.org

Just do a google search and thousands of sites pop up!

Anyway, must go and get on with packing. I'm moving this Saturday and feeling

stressed already!

I agree with what Laura said. Just because I smoke dosen't make me a bad person

does it? Anyways, let's just stop this smoking discussion because it's

seriously making me think of leaving the group and I don't want to leave.

That's quite true. The difference is we aren't telling

Sorry, I didn't mean to let it go this far. I also want to drop the smoking

discussions and if I see another post about it, I just won't reply.

No, it doesn't make you a bad person. We probably do all have some kind of hang

up. We can stop the discussion if you want. You're the one that brought it up

though. :-)
