Guest guest
The dairy isn't for me, but it is part of my grocery list. This is just what I could think of at the moment. I like a lot of tomato based dishes and quick stuff to eat. I don't really like to cook much. Crock Pot recipes are my favorite. Yogurt Milk Bananas Apples Musk Melon Soy Milk (1Chac.) Fruit 2 O (Sam's) Coke Water Lettuce Fake meats French Fries Squash Salsa (Janice) Cereal Greens HEALTH FOOD Follow your heart " Vegan Gourmet (ask about) ~Janice~ Courage doesn't always roar. Guest guest
Cherie, You were asking about a sugar substitute for baking..... I use Stevia - it's available in either powder or liquid - at the health food store. It's made from a plant grown in South America (I think). It's a natural sweetener, not an artificial sweetener grown in a lab. I use it for baking and for hot tea. It's doesn't work well on cold cereal. I haven't tried it on cooked cereal - yet. All the best Mary
