Guest guest
Hi, I am a new member, and have alot to share here. I shocked my folks by becoming vegetarian at age 16, and since then have learned all I can independently about health and nutrition. I have alot of recipes, tips and ideas to share! I am no longer vegetarian, although I rarely eat red meat... maybe once or twice a year, at someone else's home. My interest is in whole foods, organically grown. The place I live (west coast) affords alot of opportunity to fish, grow herbs and vegetables, and trade with local farms, so I am very fortunate to be able to nourish my family mostly organically, which is my passion. I love to create recipes of my own, and for five (U.S. or Canadian, depending on where you are) dollars, I will send you a week's worth of my own healthy dinner recipes, that take less than thirty minutes to prepare! Send me your email address with the five dollars cash, wrapped in paper, and I promise it will be the tastiest five dollars you ever spent, or your money back... so you can't lose! Radiance Tech P.O. Guest guest
Hi; I haven't introduced myself yet, so before I quibble, I thought I'd take a moment. I live in Minneapolis, MN, and started exploring vegetarianism about 7 years ago in college. Unfortunately, I went to college in a small northern Minnesota town, and was very involved in school, choir, theatre, and working part time. Needless to say, the lack of veggie alternatives and a hectic student life didn't make it very easy to stay veggie. After graduating and moving to the Twin Cities, I gradually started easing myself into vegetarianism. I'm a lacto-ovo, and LOVE being in a location where it's a whole lot easier to get organic produce. Also, being able to go to a restaurant and having veggie alternatives about 95% of the time is wonderful! I've really enjoyed being on this list, and every recipe I've tried has been great so far-keep 'em coming! And now on to my " gripe " . My understanding in the whole purpose of this list was to share recipes, menu ideas, and discuss better dietary alternatives. I hope that the offer to sell recipes by mail is not going to become a common practice. Ok, that's it. On a side note, my sister works at a co-op, and has some awesome tofu recipes that I'll be more than happy to share if anyone is interested. Peace to all!! > " radiantbeings " <radiantbeings > > > Cooking and eating healthy for thirty years >now! >Thu, 04 Apr 2002 18:05:39 -0000 > Send me your email address with the five >dollars cash, wrapped in paper, and I promise it will be the tastiest >five dollars you ever spent, or your money back... so you can't lose! > _______________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
