The following inappropriate emails (see below) have been sent to our discussion eGroup on .com from "swcs" an email address issued by your company. I know that AOL is a long-time, proud, and responsible participant in the Global Internet Community. You have been a pioneer in making the Internet a safe, friendly, and wholesome place to spend your time.

 

This insensitive member of AOL is abusing your hard-earned, well-deserved, user friendly reputation, and such bad behavior discredits your good name. Please inform this person about the necessity for interacting with others in a responsible and appropriate manner when using AOL email accounts.

Sure there is! However, after four such comments by this jerk, I figure

it's better just to go to the source. Let AOL do the job of policing

I wouldn't count on AOL for fixing anything, considering they overbill

(basically steal) customers who have cancelled their accounts.

 

They still owe me close to $200, since they overbilled me for a year. They

admitted it on the phone, then passed me around to a couple of people, said

they couldn't refund me the full amount. They said I have to send a letter

to a specific person. MX.
