Guest guest
I just tried Quorn Tenders for the first time. I can't believe how good they were. They taste better than deboned white meat chicken. Here is the recipe I tried tonight. 12 oz Quorn Tenders 1/2 cup boysenberry jam (Seedless) 1/4 cup white vinegar Mix jam, vinegar, and tenders together Cook in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes

Mmmmmmm...they make a great " Un-Chicken Cacciatore " too! :-) My husband doesn't miss the meat, he can't tell the difference. UN-CHICKEN CACCIATORE 3/4 cup vegetable broth About 1/2 bag or so of Quorn Tenders 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cups sliced mushrooms (about 1 12oz. pkg.) 2-3 cloves fresh garlic 1 Tbsp. flour 1/4 c. white wine 1 generous cup seeded, chopped tomatoes (or canned) 1 green pepper, cut into strips or chunks 1/2 tsp. each: oregano, basil, thyme Saute onions, garlic & mushrooms in 1/4 c. of the broth, about 3 minutes. Add Quorn tenders. Sprinkle in flour and stir until smooth. Stir in remaining broth & wine, stir and cook 2 min. Add tomatoes, herbs & peppers, cover and simmer on low heat about 15-20 minutes, until peppers are softened and all is heated through. Good served over farfalle (bowties) pasta. This recipe also works well with Lightlife Chik-N-Strips but it has a little bit of a smoky taste. cheryll
