Guest guest
All us veggies are used to tired old lazy posters who post tired old meat-filled recipes that we are then expected to change over into something we can actually use, but I fail to see the point of cut-and-paste posting, which is all velvetfog ever does. Not that it's much bother, I rarely read past the first meat ingredient anyway. Substitution is a very interesting topic, but apparently we're not supposed to discuss this or it might miff little miss velvet tipsy. Count me as utterly disgusted by her coy trollery and oblique attacks. Or perhaps count me gone. Which would be her " joy " no doubt. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country. Guest guest
Excuse me, but I believe your post has crossed the line into flaming. Please remember the rules of this forum, posted at the end of EVERY message: No flaming arguing or denigration of others allowed. Which would be her " joy " no doubt. I would have expressed this very differently and a lot more politely, but I more or less share the sentiment. The only way I can deal with this list is the digest version, and now that's unusable for me too, due to LadyVelvet's tremendously long postings. I have lots of cookbooks, am aware of hundreds of recipe websites, and I don't need a list composed solely (or even largely) of cut-and-paste recipes. So I'm unsubbing now too. Bye all. Cheers, Pat -- Pat Meadows Books, books, lovely books! Great reading!
