I will take a hoagie roll and spread mayo and dijon mustard on it. Next I layer 3 slices of Yves veggie ham, sliced pepper-jack cheese, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced roma tomatoes. marinated artichoke hearts, chopped a bit, sprouts if I have them, and finally I drizzle this all with a bit of italian dressing or the marinade from the artichoke hearts. This is great to wrap up in foil and take on a hike. I always make sure to eat some blue corn chips with it.
