Book Suggestions Please

Could anybody mail me (off list) with suggestions of

any good veggie cook books containing recipes for two.

 

Both myself and my sister and veggies who live in 2

person households and are forever throwing our

left-overs that have sat in the fridge to long. While

we could share dinners it might be a bit excessive to

drive 50 miles for dinner each night.

my " reply indiivual button " ain't working for some reason but I recently

bought the " vegan cooking for one or two " and absolutely adore it. the

author's name does'nt come to mind right away though.

The Intimate Vegetarian by Nancy Mair is a good book for this. i found

it at the library here, and it shows you how to prepare meals for one or

two people.
