This maybe a silly question but does anyone have the

recipe for Tofurkey? If so can you post it? Like I

said this may be a dumb question.

 

That's a great idea Laura going away for Thanksgiving.

It's nice not to have to worry about preparing meals

and doing dishes afterwards. That grilled veggie

antipasto and mushroom risotto sounds good except I

would probably not eat the mushrooms. LOL Glad you had

a great time. Bet once you made that decision to be a

vegetarian you have felt a lot better about your

decision right, Laura?

 

It's amazing isn't it Beth what a person who is a

carnivore won't miss when eating something that is

really good.

Well not much is happening. I hope everyone will have

a good night sleep tonight. Just really feeling under

the weather these last few days. Of course having low

cloud and looking yucky outside, sure doesn't help

any. But the sun will shine someday soon. At least I
