I've made it around 4:00 and we didn't eat it until 9:30, and it was still

great.

I got this recipe from this list, it's been posted a couple of times. I'm making it for the first time (going to friends tonight) and I'm wondering if those who have tried it might know how far ahead I can make this without it getting soggy? Thanks Jane

Here's the recipe I'm referring to:

Vegetable Bars

2 8oz pkgs cream cheese

1 c. mayo or Miracle Whip

2 pkgs. Pillsbury Creascent rolls

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

3/4 c. each, chopped or shredded

gr. pepper

cheddar cheese

cauliflower

broccoli

tomato

red onion

Bake rolls spread out on a cookies sheet at 350 for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned to make the crust. Let cool 10 minutes while mixing the softened cream cheese with mayo. Spread over the rolls and top with various veggies and cheddar cheese. Press lightly to hold the veggies and put in refrigerator. Cut into bars and serve.
