Guest guest Posted March 22, 2003 Report Share Posted March 22, 2003 If you have a butane stove, all you have to do is hold the eggplant (with a fork or spit, of course) over the flame and keep turning it for a few minutes. My friend who uses to make this assures me it does not take long. Must try it some time - I just love babagnoush!
