That sounds rather tasty sometimes being a vegetarian I tend to eat the same

things time and time again this list is really good Hugs Jeff x

>Dressing:

>1 tbsp sugar

>3 tbsp rice wine vinegar

>1 tbsp peanut butter (fresh)

>crushed red pepper flakes to taste

>1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced

>4 cups boston lettuce or field greens

>4 green onions

>Combine all dressing ingredients. Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and

>pepper. tear the lettuce. Trim the onions. Slice the onions on the
