Guest guest
Hi Kelcey, Great question! Grinding the flaxseed helps our body to digest it's benefits. Other wise we just pass the little seeds whole. We can't rely on our teeth to grind ALL the seeds well when we eat; and the stuff cost $$; so we want to get the most benefit of what we buy. We don't want our hard-earned money going down the toilet, right? Pun intended. Guest guest
Yes. It makes the inside more accessable to digestion and being absorbed by our body. Guest guest
If buying ground is expensive, maybe you could invest in a coffee grinder and use it for whole seeds instead. That $20 grinder would save you more in the long run if the price difference is that great and/or if you use alot.
