Guest guest Posted July 29, 2003 Report Share Posted July 29, 2003 Zucchini with Sour Cream for People Who Don't Love Zucchini 4 T butter 1 med. onion, chopped 8 small zucchini, sliced about 1/8 inch thick Salt and pepper 1 C sour cream 1. Melt the butter in a large, preferably nonstick skillet. Add the onion and zucchini, and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Cover and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the zucchini is translucent (15 to 20 minutes). 3. Remove from the heat, and stir in the sour cream. Serve.
