Guest guest
Oops and sorry everybody! I forgot to explain what "Chipotle" is when I had posted a few recipes yesterday with this ingredient in it! This term is new to me.I am working on Cajun recipes for my own personal Cajun vegetarian cookbook. Now, if anyone knows there IS an actual Cajun vegetarian cookbook, please let me know! Thanks. FYI - "Chipotle" peppers are smoked dried jalapenos, they have a totally different flavor than regularjalapenos. You can find then canned in the Mexican foodaisles or in the dried chilies section. Guest guest
By the way for those of you boycotting McDonalds, I was told that Chipotle is owned by McDonalds. I haven't verified this though.
